All drenthe had to do today was keep the ball on the floor and just poke it like a ray wilkins pass to  score from point blank range  Whistle  and he blasted it wide  Doh  he did take his man on a few times , but his man was piss poor  Doh  he also ran into his own shadow a few times aswell  Doh  this tells me that we signed yet another headless xxxx chicken that should be an athlete not a footballer  Thumb down  so the early signs arnt very xxxx good at all  Whistle

He may score a goal now and then .. but i cant see him benefitting our well shaped team  Thumb down  he will just bring confusion mark imres words  Whistle  i know a chicken when i see one  Smartass

Judging a player on a 20 minute sub appearance when he is only semi fit is dangerous.

He certainly caused panic to the Bolton defence, he got into some good positions & if he had scored that chance then we would be viewing things very differently.

We are a solid team now but we lack anything in the way of spark apart from May. If May isn't firing then we have very little goal threat. Drenthe is one of those players that makes things happen. I certainly hope that things work for him & he signs long term.

He just didn't get into the box enough. He wasted his chances and our best moves were the ones where he wasn't involved. I have seen other ratings on other sites for him & they are all 5s & 6s. Think 5 is harsh but just don't think he contributed as much as usual.

Glad I didn't go yesterday, was planning to do so, but wasn't sure if I could make it work wise so left it whilst Friday and lo and behold the website decides to do maintenance to the site on a Friday... Could only happen at s6
Saved me some money and my ears didn't get worked over by the mrs and we got a point

I hear Hope had a knock.

SG said that Lee is not far away but Hutch will be weeks rather than days.

I hear he was man of he match on Radio Sheffield and most others I spoke to were impressed. He did superbly to make the chance for Mays goal that should have stood

I was talking about Nuhiu.

I wouldn't have made changes yesterday because it looked like it was only a matter of time before we would score.

I wouldn't have changed the front two. Just maybe have brought Madine on for a defender and Drenrhe a little earlier

Drenthe certainly had a good effect on the game. Think SG had an idea of how long he could last & will probably bring him on ten minutes earlier on Tuesday.

He attracted the attention of three defenders. If he can just get it to a team mate when that happens, we should score more. He could learn a lesson from that Forest winger who set up their goal today.
