It felt like we threw 2 points away after drawing with Ipswich. Swansea had a lot of possession but didn't do much with it mustering just 1 shot, while we had more efforts and we would take the lead close to HT, Diaby flicking on a cross and Cadamarteri applying the finish from 6 yards. Onto the 2nd and Swansea were a bit more creative having several chances. Ugbo nearly made it two but his shot crashed against the bar and a minute later the Swans were level, Lowe scoring from close range following a corner. We had a few chances to win it but had to settle for a point.

Next up and a trip to Middlesbrough. It looks like Middlesbrough will have to settle for another season in the Championship as they currently lie in 10th place, but are 9 points off the playoffs with only 7 games left in the season, and would probably have to win 6 or 7 of there remaining games to try and get in and that would probably be not enough. They are managed by Michael Carrick, who took over in Oct 2022 and took Boro from 21st to a playoff spot, only to lose to Coventry in the playoffs. There leading scorer is Emmanuel Latte Lath with 10 goals.
