LAST MATCH

It felt like we threw 2 points away after drawing with Ipswich. Swansea had a lot of possession but didn't do much with it mustering just 1 shot, while we had more efforts and we would take the lead close to HT, Diaby flicking on a cross and Cadamarteri applying the finish from 6 yards. Onto the 2nd and Swansea were a bit more creative having several chances. Ugbo nearly made it two but his shot crashed against the bar and a minute later the Swans were level, Lowe scoring from close range following a corner. We had a few chances to win it but had to settle for a point.

THE MATCH

Next up and a trip to Middlesbrough. It looks like Middlesbrough will have to settle for another season in the Championship as they currently lie in 10th place, but are 9 points off the playoffs with only 7 games left in the season, and would probably have to win 6 or 7 of there remaining games to try and get in and that would probably be not enough. They are managed by Michael Carrick, who took over in Oct 2022 and took Boro from 21st to a playoff spot, only to lose to Coventry in the playoffs. There leading scorer is Emmanuel Latte Lath with 10 goals.

I said the other day to expect more dubious officiating today. These stooges are so obvious, they're never terrible for both teams.

Unnecessary backpassing to put Beadle under pressure..

Absolutely shocking passing, every game passing straight to the opposition with ridiculous back passes.

It really is the same old crap with these players, they're unable to improve their game enough to stop making the same mistakes over and over.

The space Boro have to just run at us lol

Meanwhile we're pressed into backpassing.

These tactics with these players aren't sustainable.. it's not going to be long now before Boro score.

This set up is a mess. I had us down to lose 3-1 today but the fact is we won't even score unless we make changes.

These players were expected to step up and as usual they show nothing but inability, incompetence and the desire to lose.

Oh look, Boro player dived and got a free kick on the edge of the box..... I told you there's be cheating again.

We can't even get the legitimate penalty. Honestly, I knew there'd be some EFL bullshit cheating.

It's never us getting these freebies from the ref on the edge of the box. Or the opposition having their goals ruled out and pens denied.
You're either a favoured club or a shitlisted club, and we're the latter.
