Latest rumour is we're after Cummings as well. No idea how the poor lambs will take that.

Still young and needs to work on his game a lot, especially his right side and his application. Doubt he would get a regular game in your side as things stand at present. He would have to watch and learn from Kenny Miller and the application he puts in on and off the park.

Tend to agree with you there exeter. Not sure his mentality is right for what Warburton needs, but he's still young enough to learn, and Kenny Miller might just be the perfect role model.
No idea how long is left on his contract and as such what level of transfer fee would be required.

He has one year left Tru but suspect Hibs would let him go fairly cheaply as we must be financially strapped now.
Kenny Miller is amazing in games with his fitness and you must have good fitness coaches to keep him able to perform like he still does at the twilight of his career. He would make a good role model but has Cummings the intelligence to see what opportunities could lie in front of him

It's probably the only question mark against him, to be fair. How do you train the ned out of players?
Kenny Miller has been fortunate to find himself under Mark Warburton's training regime, with its extensive monitoring and fatigue and recovery-time management. There's a reason Warburton always makes substitutions on the 60 minute mark, it's to make sure players are not over worked which protects them from muscle injuries when fatigued. And, it keeps players like Miller bright and fresh for the whole season. A lot oif fuss was made pre-season about Warburton demanding players arrive for training properly hydrated. It all adds up in the long run. We've had very few muscle strain injuries this season and that's not an accident. The proper, modern physical conditioning has led to players like Wallace and Tavernier still being in top condition despite playing nearly every game this season. There's a lot that Scottish football can learn from it.

20/05/2016 : Joey Barton is a controversial person, not on account of his undoubted ability as a footballer, but due to his character. Mark Warburton has said many times that Rangers will not recruit any player that would be a disruptive influence, so I trust MW's judgement of JB is based on more than that which is known in the public domain.
