Think Roonski lost the dressing room as soon as he was announced as the new manager Devon. He's done nothing this weekend to make me feel otherwise. His post match comments show he's learned nothing from Fergie on how to man manage a team.

I've not checked the Wendies pages to see if they've put it anywhere on there and I'll leave it to them to discuss it. It's not just their match tickets that are over priced. Does the club realise they are in South Yorkshire and not North London?

BTW, ours are way over priced at £55. It costs the club somewhere between £10-£15/shirt. If they can prove otherwise they can come on here and say so.

Its been a topic of conversation on the various forums for a while, and not from a positive point of view. Macron make the Stoke shirt, they are in the same division and probably sell around the same number of shirts that we do and theirs are £56!! They are ridiculously expensive and when you get the prices this wrong it doesn't take a genius to work out that the sales of knock offs is going to increase, I bought a knock off and it was £16!!!

As regards ticket prices, we are not the most expensive but to give an Olympic analogy, we are on the podium for sure!! Our Early Bird ST prices are quite good, averaged out at £17 per game on the Kop but they went on sale for a few weeks last year!!!! Since then the tickets have gone up phase by phase, we have escaped relegation, changed the squad a bit and in the end we have sold about the same number of STs as we did last season. Our POTG ticket prices are high as a consequence of the high ST prices in later phases, £36 for Plymouth game and £40 for the WBA game, but we were only about 1500 off selling all the home tickets for Sunday, a game that was televised as well and I expect after that result we will see the same for the WBA game. Had it not been for the understandably low turnout from Plymouth fans it would have been over 30k there despite the prices.

Football has changed, the type of fan has changed and clubs all over the place are putting up ticket prices based on the demand that is seen. It won't be long before football in England is prices the same as US sports. Our Owners decision on ticket prices was in the end vindicated by the amount who bought tickets, I expect to see these higher prices if we do well.

Also just to correct the post you quoted we have won 4 major trophies in the last 99 years!!!
