I think this is an exceptionally bleak night for the USA, and the world, in trying to progress positively with challenging times ahead of us. There will be millions n millions of people throughout this planet who, like myself, shudder to face 4 years of Trump AGAIN - inconceivable and something I'll try to isolate from as much as I possibly can. The oncoming negativity, coupled with previous and current negative shenanigans, will be intolerable - suffocating!!

It’s 4 years max, can’t be 5 years. This term may be worse than the first simply because after this he can no longer run for President again so he now has nothing to lose and nothing to need to do to make himself look good!! But it’s not Trump that scares me, left to his own devices he will do nothing. It’s the advisors and the team behind him that scre the crap out of me, they are radical and very, very close to being outright facists!! They will do so much damage if allowed to.

Yes, I realised that error (the 4-5 years remark) later on when having a quick cuppa last night. Should've corrected it at that time - duly amended! If only I could amend the oncoming inevitable negativity/extreme events as well eh! I listened to a BBC radio prog with some extreme listeners demanding respect for Trump. No way!! Respect the result and the democratic process? Yes!! Not the winner of this US election. I still can't believe he was allowed to become a presidential candidate with all the criminality (convicted and ongoing) attached to him - the whole evolving scenario in the past couple of years has been surreal!! It could only happen in America where it looks like another fascist, criminal gang has taken over the White House - frightening in the extreme!

They are fascists and are quite open about it. I don't know why it just can't be said straight up.

You are right though, its those around him that are the biggest worry. Trump will likely be on the golf course or in some brothel somewhere while these advisors and the likes of elon, thiel and co get free rein to do wtf they want.

I have to say i was surprised at how poor Kamala was, she was good up against trump in the debate but elsewhere she came over as quite robotic and bland. Their campaign was really poor and Biden should have been removed much earlier.
