Well i've seen it all now.
Town have turned down sponsors because they didn't meet our valuation and so we are doing the following Giving 3 charities the sponsorship(the maximum allowed for a season) The rest will be raffled off, 20 tickets per match at £250ea So bloody amatuer

Town legend Les Massie has died, aged 85.

Article by Henry Winter in the Times online, which was behind a paywall so I only read the opening bit, but it seems like former Town boss and fish n chip shop owner Lou Macari is now running a home for the homeless in Stoke.
Good lad. Always liked him.

64 years ago today, Denis Law scored his first goal for Town. For those of you with Sky, there's a good documentary about him on there and the first part mostly covers his time at the club, including an interview with Kevin McHale.
Worth a watch whether you're a Town fan or just a footy fan in general.
