I have read that Krov's club have turned down our offer because West Brom have said we will only buy if we avoid relegation. They want this condition removed to guarentee the sale at the end of the season.

Nobody should be worth that much. He should make very public the good causes that he supports and finances as a result of this or it's just obscene.
The world has gone mad, especially if a club (Man City) can put a business case together that justifies signing him.
