Season almost over - who stays and who leaves?

Arsenal making an early transfer bid for Kieron Tierney - £15M + 5 players!! Celtic rejecting it just now and wanting £25M! There was always gonna be interest in Tierney eventually and Lenny will just have to "manage it" positively by using it to strengthen the resources that he currently manages.

He's one of the very few international class players we have IMO. I reckon Celtic will sell if they get around 20 mill and a player or two from arsenal.

Now the Turnbull deal "put on hold" due to an undeclared knee injury that apparently requires keyhole surgery! Oh well! These things happen sometimes!

So Celtic complete a third signing - £3M Mbombo, a new left back from Rapid Vienna! Tierney's replacement?

Celtic in for the versatile Hapoel BS defender, Elhamed. Another "cute" signing by Lenny and not the last one either.

As expected, Tierney finally moves to the Gunners in a £25M deal and more money in the bank for Dermot Desmond and Celtic.

That is some piece of business for a young player from their academy who hasn't been fully fit for a season.

Going by last night they are going to need to go and get a proper LB - that mboli character is never a defender.

Some strong rumours coming in re a possible return for Victor Wanyama!! That would be some "physical presence" added to the Hoops midfield if Lenny "pulls it off"!

Lenny and Celtic FC actually dismissing any interest in Wanyama but moving in on Killie defender, Greg Taylor. So the manager must be happy with his lot in the Hoops' midfield! I must say I think Wanyama would have added a formidable "physical dimension" to Celtic's midfield esp in many domestic matches but I wonder if his lack of pace and quick passing could be a factor.
Meanwhile there is sudden transfer talk on SSN that Rangers are trying to secure a £7M deal for Liverpool's Ryan Kent - all I can say is THIS IS ASTOUNDING AS 1. RANGERS FC DO NOT HAVE THE MONEY TO BUY THIS PLAYER 2. MORE IMPORTANTLY, THIS FOOTBALL CLUB IS MASSIVELY IN DEBT, RECKONED TO BE £30M+!!!! THEY MUST BE DESPERATE!!!
