Michael Cohen testifies publicly today to the House Oversight Committee. It’s been reported that he plans to say as part of his testimony that Donald Trump knew about what Roger Stone was trying to do with Wikileaks. If memory serves me right, in Trump’s written answers to Mueller, Giuliani said publicly that Trump answered that he didn’t know what Stone was doing. If what Cohen says is true and Trump answered the opposite then that is U.S. Code § 1001 broken by the President.
I’ve also seen that Republican Congressman Matt Gaetz tweeted at Cohen last night with what’s perceived to be a threat to release damaging information about him. That could be perceived legally as witness tampering although I don’t think it crosses the red line (it goes close to it). It’ll be interesting to see if an investigation is conducted into it. The minimum will probably be an ethics review and maybe censorship.
Cohen’s testimony has been an interesting watch so far. Republicans are as expected playing a game of ignore Trump’s conduct and instead focus solely on Cohen’s conduct. It might work for their supporters but it’d be nice to see them focus on everything.

At the moment, it still appears that all this evidence is not enough to impeach Trump. However, I'm hoping that will change once Robert Mueller formally "enters the arena" but when will this happen?

Ha ha ha! I luv it! I wonder if Trump watches this satire "out of curiosity"?
