Trump now insinuating left-wing violence will ensue if the mid-term elections are won by the Democrats! This is a technique that is taken straight out of the RW manual on politics and how to apply crass responses!!! The Naz#is used it, same with most Fascist govts and why not from a US govt that is full of the true aggressors/criminals and some of the nastiest factions of support that would use the gun if forced into it - what a disguised insinuation, utter bullshit as usual!!! I’m finding this whole Bruce Ohr situation fascinating at the moment. He testified to Republican’s in Congress yesterday about his communications with Christopher Steele. Whilst some of the Republicans work has looked like a witch hunt to me, this with Ohr is interesting to see. He works in the DOJ and was very high up the chain but had nothing to do with the Russia Investigation. Yet he had regular contact with Cristopher Steele whilst the Steele Dossier was being compiled and Ohr’s wife worked for Fusian GPS who had hired Steele. From the outside looking in, it is strange that he was having regular contact with Steele even after the FBI ended Steele’s role as FBI Informant.

Now he might have been working on his own volition or he could have been working from direction of Comey, Lynch, Yates or someone else in the DOJ. Ohr reportedly gave some names of handlers and DOJ officials so we’ll find out down the line if anything substantial comes from it such as subpoenas being given. It will be interesting if it comes out that there was DOJ wrongdoing because it effects the Russia Investigation from before Mueller was appointed.

Overall it still doesn’t change that Trump will be going down though. Conspiracy, Obstuction of Justice, Campaign Finance Violations and Financial Crimes stemming from the Trump Organization and Trump Foundation are still on the table.

A funny story came out in recent days about Devin Nunes, the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, flew to London to meet with the leaders of MI6, MI5 and GCHQ. They never met with him and instead he met with the Deputy National Security Advisor.

Now the official line is that they couldn’t schedule him in but I, and the reporter who wrote the story, believe his record of leaks and distorting facts to fit a narrative has damaged his reputation and the Intelligence Agencies didn’t want him learning information about Christopher Steele’s record with MI6 etc in case it would be leaked or distorted and in turn possibly damage Steele and his past sources.

Let’s also not forget that Steele is on a Russian hit list so it’s right not to trust the conniving, Trump protector that is Devin Nunes.

Yep! I've read various snippets of this story and it is intriguing! You could make up a good script for a decent movie on this material alone - very curious! The Evangelicals are a strange bunch. They believe in the sanctity of marriage yet are fully behind an adulterer who is on his third marriage. It’s just as strange as Republicans who believe in American, Christian and Family values yet support a guy who has dodgy business ties to Russia (Eric Trump said in 2014 that the Trump money mainly comes from Russia), quite possibly colluded with a hostile nation, is a serial adulterer, is on his third marriage and committed crimes by instructing his “fixer” to cover up affairs.

With Trump it is simply people picking and choosing what values matter right now.

An update regarding Bruce Ohr's testimony has come out. The Republicans came away with a list of names of people who knew about Ohr's communication with Steele, Steele's credibility issues regarding the Dossier and Ohr's wife working for Fusion GPS. There were 6 people at least who knew and some have been revealed. They were, at the time in 2016, Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe, Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence Division Peter Strzok, FBI Lawyer Lisa Page and FBI Agent Joe Pientka whilst Chief of the Criminal Fraud Division Andrew Weissmann was kept in the loop about the Dossier.

McCabe was the most senior person to know and seemingly his superiors James Comey, Sally Yates and Loretta Lynch did not know. One of the people named signed off on a FISA warrant on Carter Page whilst knowing about the issues with some not included in the warrant. Andrew McCabe was the only one named who signed off on one of the warrants so it is expected that he is going to be in some legal trouble regarding this.

Andrew Weissman is currently one of Robert Mueller's top senior people in the current Investigation. To protect the current Investigation's integrity and public perception Mueller needs to remove Weissman from it. Fox News as expected have leached on to this to make 5 from 2+2.

McCain was one of those politicians who voted with his conscience on what he thought was right.  We might not have agreed with his decision but you know he wasn’t just taking the popular line like so many other do.  To think we could have been talking today about the death of a former President had he not made that poor decision to have Sarah Palin as his running mate in the Presidential Election against Obama!!!

RIP.

And now McCain's daughter "slams" into Trump in the eulogy dedicated to her father with reference to his "America will be great again" theme! This is the second eulogy in 24 hrs that I've heard Trump being "slammed" (ref Aretha Franklin's funeral) - unprecedented! One can conclude that Trump will never be any kinda "unifying force" for the whole of the USA (and what hope for the world eh!?) after observing his crass behaviour towards John McCain this time!! This is definitely a divided nation for obvious reasons and Trump has chosen his side, the "dark side"! I notice the "trumpet man" also withdrawing millions of dollars in aid for disaffected Palestinian families and his now "good buddy", Netanyahu (a horrible human being of an Israeli leader) endorsing the move with the his usual, righteousness and snide criticisms - a criminal who should actually be incarcerated for lotsa different crimes incl crimes against humanity and nobody in the west says anything!!! It's easy to pick on the weak and vulnerable and that is exactly what these cretons are really doing. We'll wait n see what the impact will be on the many Palestinian communities that will be affected by this latest political line. IMO at this rate we need a new "world order" to deal with a lotta this stuff humanely and with compassion and chuck this kinda political shit into the bin where it belongs!

In Bob Mueller news, he has subpoenaed another Roger Stone associate. This time it is Jerome Corsi. He will testify to the Grand Jury tomorrow.

Also testifying tomorrow is Randy Credico who is also a Roger Stone Associate. Roger Stone has claimed that Credico was a conduit to WikiLeaks who told him when hacked dirt on Hillary Clinton would be released.
