Cohen’s lawyer has said that Cohen will tell Muller everything that he knows especially about the Trump Tower meeting and that Trump knew about it before it happened.
The leaders of the Senate Intelligence Committee want Cohen to testify about recent media reports regarding Trump Tower meeting. He testified previously that he didn’t know about the meeting until he saw it on the news. Recently he said that he will tell Mueller that Trump knew about the meeting. If so he possibly lied or gave false statements to the Committee which is a 5 year prison sentence.
It’s like watching House of Cards in real life.

It's funny! I always perceived that Trump and many of the other horrible people, who are associated with his governance of the US, have been watching tv progs like the House of Cards and Homeland and learning how to practise in such a despicable fashion with no honour whatsoever!
I also notice ex NY Mayor, Giullani, calling Trump's "hush money" a felony and deserving of the consequent prison sentence - strong stuff! IMO the Democrats must win over the Senate in the upcoming elections. Then they could push for an impeachment charge although I still feel that Trump will still "slither away" unless other revelations arise that will hopefully "nail him" once and for all and remove this political "monster" from the world order.

Rudy Giuliani is a joke to Lawyers everywhere. He had a good reputation in the 90’s and then when he was Major of New York and 9/11 but since then he has done nothing of note and is now continuing to destroy his credibility and his former reputation.
Sometimes I think he is working for Mueller rather than Trump because he continues to go on TV and make an arse out of himself and the President’s case. Just like when he accidentally admitted that Trump reimbursed Cohen (it’s in the Cohen plea deal) and then accidentally admitted that there was a pre-Trump Tower meeting meeting with Junior, Kushner, Manafort and Gates which chucked them even further under the bus.

Watching Sarah Sanders repeating the line to the US media, "THE PRESIDENT HAS DONE NOTHING WRONG" about 40k times lol  Her contorted face says it all! Of course there are three different Trump accounts of the "hush money" fiasco, all televised/recorded and Trump is clearly either a liar or has a short memory and possibly suffers from dementia or some other similar brain degeneration. IMO he is a liar and his reputation as US President is "in tatters" and forget the condoning response from his adoring public/supporters - just proves how many lunatics actively back this kinda shit in the US! He also looked hagard in his last public appearance after that latest Cohen-Manafort fiasco - the first time I've observed him really shaken, a bit like Clinton after the Monika Lewinsky revelations re an affair!!

Now the US Attorney General, Jeff Sessions, rebukes Trump in no uncertain terms. This is becoming theatriclal stuff that is unprecede ted in US political history. There must be a strong case against Trump for obstruction of justice! It appears to be so blatant and obvious!

The scariest thing about that article is the video at the bottom where his supporters are asked what they think and they simply do not care about this stuff and truly believe he has done great things for the US!!!!

President Trump desperately wants Jeff Sessions to resign so he can be replaced by someone with loyalty to Trump rather than to rule of law and who will end the Russia Invesigation before Trump is named as an unindicted co-conspirator. He won’t fire Sessions because Congress won’t approve a replacement and it’ll damage him.
After the midterms though, if Trump somehow survives after the Investigation has ended and Impeachment, he’ll probably start firing people such as Sessions, Rosenstein and Wray and not care about the consequences.
I’m actually impressed by Sessions’ response, it’s about time he grew a spine and a pair of balls.
