I think the point is it is by far the best league in the world but it doesn't currently have the best individual teams!! The PL from top to bottom is competitive, forget what Leicester have done, I will believe that is a blip until we are proved otherwise but there are very few easy games for any team in the PL. In other countries, once you get past the top 2-3 teams the standard drops off very quickly.
