Championship side Leeds United have signed midfielders Glen Kamara and Ilia Gruev for undisclosed fees.
Finland international Kamara, 27, has penned a four-year deal at Elland Road to become the club's eighth addition of the summer.
Bulgaria international Gruev, 23, has joined from Werder Bremen, where he had one goal in 62 games at senior level.
He has eight caps for his national team, the last of which came in June's European Championship qualifiers.
Kamara won the Scottish Cup and reached the Europa League final with Rangers - he started his career at Arsenal, playing for Southend and Colchester on loan, before moves to Dundee and then Ibrox.
The Whites have already signed Ethan Ampadu, Sam Byram, Karl Darlow, Joel Piroe, Joe Rodon and Djed Spence since their relegation from the Premier League last season.
