The Govt will have to get involved and the clubs won`t like it. It has been said before that someone is going to get seriously hurt by the actions of the mindless morons who attend football matches and start trouble. This has become a "damned if you do/damned if you don`t" situation for the govt but they can`t afford to sit on their hands like the SFA/SPFL and hope it will all go away.
Actions speak louder than words - time to put up or shut up.
