Strict liability? "Hats off" to QOS, Partick and Annan Ath!! - 0762 - 26-03-2019

No surprise re the response from 49 SPFL clubs to the bbc Scotland question/questionnaire, "Do you believe in strict liability"? Also I think the question itself was the wrong question!!! What about, "Why not impose strict liability"? And let these Scottish footie clubs give their reasoning - now that would be very interesting indeed and particularly from a select small number of "serial offenders"!! IMO time for the Scottish govt to get involved in this anyway - long overdue because of the intransigence and "offences" that don't go away!!

The Govt will have to get involved and the clubs won`t like it. It has been said before that someone is going to get seriously hurt by the actions of the mindless morons who attend football matches and start trouble. This has become a "damned if you do/damned if you don`t" situation for the govt but they can`t afford to sit on their hands like the SFA/SPFL and hope it will all go away.
Actions speak louder than words - time to put up or shut up.
