It sounds like Chesterfield, a debt to one man. Except I think Bolton were lucky enough to be in debt to a man who genuinely cared about the club. And they've still ended up in the mire.
I worry for Chesterfield both ways - if Allen sells us or can't sell us. For Bolton, if they survive this, would promotion be just another millstone? Months ago they announced they'd be shedding players like there's no tomorrow at the end of the season.
