Ironically the person most fans are fed up with on the Villa forum is John McGinn.......the love affair with him has certainly gone. Many cannot wait to get rid ( or keep as a squad player) but feel he will go for nowhere near the 50million being spread in the "papers".

Many are OK with SG and want to give him the next transfer window to bring in his "own" team. However there are a growing section of the fan base who are getting a little worried.

Yeah i seen McGinn getting some stick too, but the vast majority of it was reserved for Gerrard. He's doing his usual number down there with the fullbacks and its been rumbled once teams have had a look. They have won 2 games from their last 10.

Incidentally that tackle from Jack on a dundee utd player yesterday has to result in a red from the compliance officer.

McGinn has been getting it for weeks . It is more of a growing section against SG. My Villa mates I am still in touch with are 50 50 with SG but McGinn needs dropping immediately and hopefully gone in the next transfer window. ( for anything!!)

I dunno whats more embarrassing, the disgusting filth their fans have been spewing out in Germany or the relentless anti-football that sevco have served up tonight.... The depressingly negative kind they are the first to accuse other scottish teams of playing against them.

Red bull should have had 3 or 4 tonight regardless, it's amazing the luck the sevvies are carrying in this tournament. Hopefully the germans finish them off next week.

They've been previously multi-fined by UEFA for the sectarian bile they utter and yet their latest fine of 38k Euros covered the use of fireworks???? I don't get it because they chant the same hateful shit in all their Euro footie matches. What changed??? They have been super jammy in getting to the semi-final and there are various reasons for that. I put it down to a lotta EL clubs fielding their B or C teams (because they are facing a Scot footie league team and they perceive it is enough to beat this poorer standard of team) while Rangers seriously field their strongest first team. They and their media keep "banging on" about the historic Dortmund victory. They never mention Haaland's absence although Dortmund would be embarrassed to still lose v a Scot footie league side with the players they have at their disposal. A Dortmund defender named Zanadou, a B player, had a nightmare match v them in the 1st leg - never Dortmund's standard of player btw and baffling how the BD coach fielded this guy!! IMO Haaland would've scored 4 or 5 goals if he'd played in both legs of their EL tie v them. In a lotta other matches they've been jammy again on hairline offside calls and red cards not issued to their players while red cards issued to opponents giving them a big advantage.
