Donald Trump is playing a dangerous game with his country. The EU, Canada and Mexico have started their own tariffs against the US and whilst the economy is doing ok at the moment (carried over from Obama's Administration), it could very easily tank (look at the 1929 Wall Street Crash. Everything was rosy and then it all crashed). It's been said that these tariffs will only effect 1% of the economy yet 1% of the economy is still damaging for a big country like the USA.

As always Trump supporters will drink the Kool-Aid and ignore the effects that it will have on them. Sorry to post another SNL video but this one sums up a big chunk of Trump supporters and their ignorance of how Trump's decisions will effect them.

Donald Trump has tweeted that he has the power to pardon himself. It would be political suicide if he did try it if Mueller’s report is bad for him. (Obstruction of justice etc)

He will probably try it but that would hopefully lead to impeachment by Congress.

I’m struggling to understand why he would even say it though. He has been adamant that he is innocent and to be fair he could be in the Russian Collusion aspect of the Investigation. It could have been Donald Trump Junior, Jared Kushner and Paul Manafort who are responsible for it and Donald Trump could have known nothing about it. I do highly doubt that’s the case though considering the lengths he has gone to obstruct the Investigation into him and his Campaign. An innocent man would just let the Investigation go on because there’s nothing to hide whereas Donald Trump has acted like a guilty man since it began.

On the Obstruction of Justice aspect of the Investigation, it is probably a bigger concern for him because there is evidence to prove it (Asking James Comey to drop the Investigation into Michael Flynn, firing James Comey because of the “Russia thing” and berating Jeff Sessions to get him to unrecuse himself from the Investigation) but even then the evidence is only Stage 1. Bob Mueller still has to prove Donald Trump’s intent to Obstruct Justice and to do that Mueller has to talk to Trump in an private interview. Even then Trump can refuse and force Mueller to subpoena him. I do expect the meeting will eventually happen in the future and Donald Trump will perjure himself in it because Mueller won’t ask a question that he doesn’t already have the answers to and Trump will lie throughout it.

To me it just seems like posturing and talking up his power. Common sense would tell him not to but as we know common sense and Donald Trump don’t really go hand in hand.

So Michael Cohen’s legal term are leaving him shortly before the evidence review into FBI seized documents is over. So either he is looking to bring in a new legal team or he is willing to cooperate with the Manhattan US Attorney’s Investigation into the Stormy Daniels Affair which in turn will bring Robert Mueller’s team also into the fold because Cohen is a key witness to some major aspects of the Investigation.

We’ll probably know why by the end of the week which it is. My bet is on him cooperating to get a leaner sentence. Flynn, Gates, Papadopolous and the others have all done the same. The only one that hasn’t is Paul Manafort and his bail is probably going to be taken away because he tried to tamper with witnesses and he will very likely die in prison once the many court cases against him are completed.

Trump’s worst nightmare was Cohen flipping. Now it might actually happen in the future and it’s smart of Cohen to do it. Taking a bullet for a dick like Trump isn’t worth it.

Yesterday Trump finally gave an executive order to stop children from being taken away from their parents at the border. The executive order doesn’t fix what has happened to over 2000 children so far though and still keeps intact the zero tolerance policy.

After a week of Trump saying it’s the democrats fault, that an executive order can’t be done and only congress can make changes, he finally backs down and gives an executive order. He now gets to play the hero at stopping something that he started. It’s like a firefighter starting a fire and then rushing in with his team to save the people inside.

I bet his dead eyed policy advisor and architect of the policy Stephen Miller isn’t happy about it. Reports from aides within the White House says that he is proud of the policy and wants to add more harsher terms to it.
