Another rumour says Simon Murray in an agreed swap with Dundee - curious!

Celtic are close to agreeing terms with Dundee for their defender Jack Hendry. The Scottish champions are also still working on a deal to secure the services of Dundee goalkeeper Scott Bain who is on loan at Hibs. The deal should go ahead if Celtic’s midfielder Scott Allan moves to Hibs – he’s currently on loan at Dundee. Get all that?

Tam McManus (usually spot on with matters concerning us) tweeting that allan back to hibs is definitely a real possibility!!

Apparently we have a loan agreed for some QPR striker if the deal goes through.

This is just getting a bit bizarre now!

So to recap an eventful last day....

Murray (loan),bain and fonts all leave.... bain without having featured for us!

Scotty Allan and an experienced keeper in cammy bell both come in on loan, and we have 2 new strikers in kamberi and McLaren.

I'm not sure about the murray one, I thought he was doing ok for us,clearly lennon thought we should be doing better up front. Obviously we have some decisions to make at the end of the season but somehow I think we have came out that window a bit stronger !

Aye! A decent piece of business by Hibs and agreed scepticism re the Murray loan deal but Lenny has not been playing him much anyway and I'm assuming he has not impressed the manager on the training pitch.

Hibs apparently in for Stevie Mallan on a pre-contract and that will be a good piece of business, if true, as Mallan was reckoned to be a better player than John Mac at the same age when 'breaking into the 1st team' with Saint Mirren. Is he a possible replacement for Dylan?

Looking at ali crawford the hamilton midfielder as well i hear

Aye Jim. Hibs are already active on the transfer front - very evident. Crawford always reminds me of another version of Derek Riordan, another lad with a latent talent to 'burst out' and do it in a better team than the one he currently plays for.
