Hibs sign up Liam Sercombe from Oxford Utd in a £100k deal. Also it looks like Dundee Utd's young striker, Simon Murray, has signed a pre-contract with Lenny but not being advertised at the moment - no surprise to me as his dad is an ex Hibs player and it has been rumoured in Leith for a while alongside the Swanson story. It's already starting to 'take shape' nicely for next season! Thumb up

I wasn't impressed with young Murray yesterday. He missed too many good chances for my liking - should fit in with Hibs no problem! Whistle

Yep! I share that sentiment but could he possibly improve in a better team? A young player with possible potential?

murray having a medical for us the day. Should be confirmed later on.

He looks a bit raw to me still times I've seen him,but he's hit 25 goals for utd and on a free is probably worth a punt.

Probably a good bet for the future, either for us or as a profit-making exercise in a couple of years' time. Good luck to the lad if he joins us.

One things for sure, there is nothing wrong with his work rate. The boy puts a shift in and is quick with it. Hopefully he will be a good replacement for graham.

He's definitely more dynamic than Graham and certainly a 'trier' Jim. Just confirmed earlier that he has joined Hibs - as intimated previously, nothing said until United's PO final v Hamilton over and done with and it's a good deal/new challenge for the lad. One thing thing Lenny should emphasise to him 'early doors' is cut out any 'diving' and get on with the footie regardless.

Hibs/Lenny apparently trying to secure a deal to retain Rocky as Hibs 1st choice goalie.
