As mentioned in one of my previous threads, Arsene Wenger came out of the J League and endured the same kinda scrutiny before and after joining Arsenal. I wonder if "lightning will strike twice"? It would suit the Hoops fans if it did happen.

So Celtic seeking an exemption from the usual requisite UEFA coaching badges for Postecoglou. Definitely a formality. But looks like the guy will indeed be the new manager to take Celtic forward in their quest to re-establish their dominance of Scottish footie and take on the challenges of the Champs League quali matches.
