John Coleman who is watching the game for Sky, says we are the architects of our own downfall, constantly giving the ball away.
Going a bit more direct would seem the way, not sure that's how DR wants to play though.

Danny needs to earn his money now. Playing it out of the back against a side that are closing us down constantly is reckless and naïve!! But we have no midfield to pick it up so might not matter what we do!! We need to push them back, and the only way to do that is to put it long and win the ball. Ugbo has looked sharp when he gets the ball, Musaba has been non-existent again in this formation and Valentin is making runs but not being found. We need another body in the heart of midfield, dare I say it maybe bring on Palmer or Hendrick and take off Musaba and go with a front two. This is where we miss Windass as that link up man.

It hasn't stuck in midfield at all since losing Poveda. He's the only one with the confidence and capability to carry the ball forward.
Barry is left struggling to play both a defensive and forward role trying to cover the gaps left by these absolute amateurs. He can't playmake and defend.
Barry's passing has also been horrible.
The suicidal backpassing that you see every game is continuing. Opposition teams anticipate this and use it against us.
We're pathetically hopeless and ere going down. These players will not step up, anyone hoping otherwise is going to disappoint themselves.
This lot should be coming out to circus music..

Not the change I would have made but with two quick wide men we need to stretch them at the back and keep Ugbo in the middle up top.
