Celtic transfers starting to happen!
#1
Looks like Celtic finally signing a No1 goalie to replace Forster. Vasilis Barkas from AEK passes the medical assessment and will be a Celtic player tomorrow. Lennon also looking at a loan signing from The Hammers - Swiss striker Ajeti. And Peterborough's star striker, Ivan Toney, looks like another poss signing for £4M-£5M.

Not sure re this assumption but tend to think this is Lenny's way of thinking re having various attacking options.

Celtic do indeed sign up West Ham's striker Ajeti right after Bayo put out on loan.

Lenny moves in to sign up Motherwell's star mid player, David Turnbull. No surprise TBH as he would've been a Celtic player already if an unlucky serious injury had not intervened in his transfer to Celtic last year. No doubt Lenny will be bringing in more players after that shock exit from the Champs League.

Thought he really stood out in the game against us, his quality was plain to see. He obviously has good character as well to come back the way he did, I'm assuming the clubs must have kept some agreement in place for when he returned to fitness.

Oops! A slip of the finger but he "chips in" with good headed goals now n again and IMO he'll score quite a few goals up here in the Scot Prem.
