Celtic v Hearts - a celebration but a "dead rubber"!
#1
This is a curious fixture and normally an end of season one in which Hearts lose four or five goals but there is a cup final to follow v the same opponents! So a manager normally "holds back" his preferred formation for the bigger prize which is the "triple treble".Curious! But it is a celebration at home and the formal presentation of another league title. Edouard is definitely rested due to injury and a few other key players may well be rested. What surprises me is the fact Lenny didn't reintroduce Griffiths to at least be available if called upon to do so. It will be interesting to see what his starting line up will be on such a day of razzmataz and celebration.

In the equivalent of a "bounce match" between two B teams, this match had Mikey Johnston's name highlighted on the 2-1 victory with his "brace of goals, two "cracking strikes" by the young lad! But this game was all about a 16 year old lad called Dembele, Moussa's laddie, who came on in the second half and lit up a dull game by adding a bit of "spark" and commitment to inspire his team mates to "pick up the pace" and eventually win this game fairly comfortably.
