If ever there was a game to motivate the slightly misfiring whites, it's a trip to the league leaders. City have led the way in the league since day 1 however although they have only lost once they have not fully escaped the chasing pack. Cotterill has bought well this season, Wilbraham to replace Baldock, Freeman from Stevenage who on his day can be a world beater, they have just added Todd Kane to the backline. A very strong squad.
But given today's signing of Beckford, North End now have a very potent front line Gallagher, Robinson, Garner and now Beckford. Should be a good game for those going.

And so it proved put in a performance and get three points any coincidence that we did not have a 900 mile midweek round trip and had a full weeks training. Top result narrows the gap to one point I think. Grayson pulled a rabbit out of the hat by playing Stuckie between the sticks but as he 15ft tall SG probably felt he would do better against the tall players in their side.
Robinson scores again, this lad is going to be a good player sadly not with us. Apparently Cotterill has said his side made enough chances to win three games, shame they missed them all. Top result no complaints at all
