You know in all the Football biog`s I have read I have never heard a bad word about his ability
He did OK at a number of clubs and superb at Twente, coupled with awful at a good many that makes you wonder how he`s still getting chances

Think he`d done OK considering his constraints, what do they expect, automatic promotion?
When your most famous player is an on loan Nakhi Wells and you are more or less relegation safe then your not doing so bad, I can think of Ipswich fans who`d take that every year
