Poor decision on their behalf!! They bring in De Boer with the knowledge and acceptance that he is planning on changing the system, which is a transition they must have signed off on and while it hasn't yet worked they didn't look too bad on Sunday. Now they fire him and go back to square one, not going to end well for them if they don't get the right man in but this is the modern day PL in a nutshell!!!

And their next 4 games are Southampton, Man City, Man Utd and Chelsea, so if they lose those 4 games will that mean they have to sack Hodgson as well??? There have only been 4 games, that is no where near enough time for any manager to be properly judged on but the fear of relegation from the prem makes owners make stupid and very rash decisions. Palace on paper have a squad that should stay up so there is every chance Woy will turn them around, but that same chance existed with De Boer if he had been given time. Lets see how many other teams lose 4 games on the trot and the manager loses their job!!!

Sadly a lot of these clubs want instant success comes with the thought of losing 120 million when they get relegated
