Should Rangers titles be stripped ?

After today's announcement it is now clear that Rangers cheated by having players that they could not afford ? In light of this should their titles be stripped?

There was always a big deal about the players not keeping their medals - not their fault. So the footie authority should've allowed retention of the medals but still should've stripped GRFC of the league titles as a warning to any other future offender who tries to manipulate/cheat the sysrem to gain an unfair advantage.
