Huge Well done Villa Thumb up , not been very much to smile about for a while but for the moment it looks good and Sherwood does at this time look like he`s doing a decent job-always helps when Benteke is scoring mind!

I concur Imre!! Vila make a refreshing change to the usual top 5/6 teams, well done!! Thought Villa played well today and Liverpool were their usual inconsistent one man team!!!

I hate that allocation!!! Wembley holds 90,000, so both teams get 25k each, so 40k go to corporate sponsors etc and FA regional associations!!! The allocation to the clubs should be at least 30k each, that way 2/3rd of the crowd are totally interesting and invested in the outcome!! But its an argument we have every year it seems!!

Good luck to Arsenal. If neanderthals are supporting this team, I'm not. Tongue

FA Cup Final : Saturday 30th May 2015 :

Arsenal 4-0 Aston Villa

A disappointing performance from us today, not incisive enough. No disgrace to lose to a better team though, Arsenal showed how the game should be played. Nevertheless, well done to our lads for getting to the Final, just a pity we did not win it. UTV.

Men against boys!!! Arsenal played well but never really needed to get into second gear. Villa were so slow and pedestrian and Benteke didn't win anything all match!! Should have had a penalty near the end but the game was won by then anyway.

I`m impressed with Sherwood`s attitude and hopefully they`ll kick on from here with hopefully the directors happier to put there hand in the pocket if needed
Villa as he said do have too much of a losing mentality and dosent take a football genius to work out areas of the pitch where they lack things
