BMW Masters
An interesting opening round with Garcia leading the way on -8 ahead of An & Dubuisson on -7. An was probably the most impressive and may well be worth a bet at 10/1 for those who aren't already on. The bookies now have Garcia & Rose as joint favourites at 5/1.
A mixed day for our guys on a day of decent scoring with all but a handful of players beating par. Rose & Fitzpatrick are in good shape with the others needing a good second round to get into contention.
Justin Rose 6/1 -5 Tied 6th
Branden Grace 18/1 -1 Tied 38th
Danny Willett 25/1 Level Tied 48th
Matt Fitzpatrick 30/1 -4 Tied 9th
Kiradech Aphibarnrat 50/1 Level Tied 48th
Hao Tong Li 100/1 -1 Tied 38th

The ultimate measure of a man is not where he stands in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he stands at times of challenge and controversy.
