Carlisle United have signed midfielder Owen Moxon on a two-year-deal.
The 24-year-old has spent the past five seasons with Annan Athletic, scoring 15 goals in 148 appearances for the Galabankies.
Boss Paul Simpson told the club website: "It's one we've been working on in the background probably, if I'm going to be honest with you, since the day I decided I was staying.
"I'm really pleased that I've got it all agreed."

Carlisle United have signed Czech goalkeeper Tomas Holy.
The 30-year-old, who was recently released by Ipswich Town, has signed a two-year contract at Brunton Park.
Holy was at Sparta Prague as a youngster and was brought to England by Gillingham, where he spent 18 months before joining Ipswich in 2019.
He played 65 league games for Ipswich but was out of favour last season and had spells on loan at Cambridge United and Port Vale.
"He's a keeper I've known about for years," said Carlisle boss Paul Simpson.
"He's done really well at Ipswich, and he's had a couple of good loans.
"Obviously when I found out he was being released and available, I knew it was something I'd be interested in."

Carlisle United have signed midfielder Sonny Hilton on a season-long loan from Premier League side Fulham.
The 21-year-old joined the Cottagers from Tranmere Rovers as an under-16 player and has progressed at the club.
Hilton was part of the team that won the Premier League 2 Division 2 title last term whilst with their under-23s.
"I like young, hungry and talented footballers and I want that type of player in the building," boss Paul Simpson told the club website.

Carlisle United have signed Leeds United striker Ryan Edmondson on a free transfer on a two-year deal.
The 21-year-old played twice for the Whites and had loan spells at Aberdeen, Northampton, Fleetwood and Port Vale.
"He's a player I know, he was involved in my England Under-19s, so I've watched a lot of him," boss Paul Simpson told the club website.
"I wanted a big target man, he's a bit of a throwback, but I wanted an old-school number nine."

The 19-year-old came through Forest's academy and went on to make five first-team appearances last term.

Carlisle United have re-signed midfielder Jamie Devitt on a one-year deal, following a successful trial.
The 32-year-old returned to Brunton Park in January, joining from Barrow and took his Carlisle tally to 26 goals in 137 games with seven appearances.
Devitt was invited to join pre-season training, and impressed enough to earn the new deal with Paul Simpson's side.
"Even though he isn't a captain he's a very positive presence," Simpson told the club website.
"We all know what he can do when he's fully fit and involved with the team.
"He's worked hard through pre-season, and it says a lot that he spoke to me and made it clear that he had no intention of looking anywhere else."

Carlisle have signed goalkeeper Michael Kelly from Bray Wanderers on an initial one-year deal for an undisclosed fee.
The 25-year-old has spent most of his playing career in Ireland's first and second tiers, the Premier and First Divisions, with spells at Longford Town and Shamrock Rovers.
"He's come very highly recommended," Carlisle manager Paul Simpson told the club website.
"He needs to show us all now that he can cope with English football."
The Blues have the option of extending the 6ft 5ins (1.96m) shot-stopper's contract by another year if he performs well at Brunton Park.
"Without a doubt the other challenge for him is to push Tomas Holy for the starting spot," Simpson added.
"Tomas has been brought in as our number one but I think he needs competition."
Carlisle get their new League Two campaign under way at home to Crawley Town on Saturday.

Carlisle United have signed midfielder Jayden Harris from National League side Aldershot for an undisclosed fee.
The 22-year-old, who came through Fulham's academy, has signed a three-year deal at Brunton Park.
Harris joined the Shots last summer and scored twice in 33 league appearances for the club.
"He's a big, physical, mobile box-to-box style midfielder who has a lot of growth potential," Carlisle boss Paul Simpson told the club website.
"I think he's a very good addition to our squad and hopefully, with bringing him here, he will add value to the club."
