Arguments can be made about the starting line up but we created some good chances in the first half and could have been up going into half time after 2 gilt edged chances were missed but thats football, set pieces were are undoing again but thats the nature of set pieces some work needs doing there though ,certainly on the first the guy on the front post should not have had that chance .

having said that the team showed great character to come back into the game and Wells is staking a claim to a starting spot we look for more dangerous with him on the field , it would be a shame to drop a central midfielder as they've done little wrong. all in all its a very good point

the team has come very far in a short time , when you look at the last 3 games we got 5 points, that could easily have been 0 a couple of months ago

Got back earlier today from a few days away with it being our half term this week so sadly missed my first games this week.

Tues followed the BHA game on the bbc text commentary & it was just too far to try make a late dash to Suffolk. Was delighted to have kept the unbeaten run going which can only build momentum especially when we appear to have fought back from heading nowhere fast at 60 mins this afternoon and with a series of very difficult fixtures ahead.

Tried the wiziwig feed 1st time this afty which was behind RL's commentary first half then got ever so slightly ahead in the second, must be the streaming speed at my end. Big & bold decisions from Conan P today to take out our main threat wide players, drop an ever improving Robinson but always like the idea to play 2 up front away from home, it just means we spend more time in their half and pens their defenders back. Good man management to stop the likes of Pelts, Dicko n Wells from getting disillusioned. Pity Holt couldn't find a goal to fire back at all the jeers and worse he sustained today with his Norwich links, think he's big enough to use that energy positively.

Never been a happy hunting ground and frightening to think it was 96 when I saw Payton score twice to win a September fixture our last 3 pts there. Ipswich will be there abouts again, physically strong set pieces their forte but credit to everyone at town for getting at them and finishing the stronger.

KO'R mentioned his train connection from peterborough didnt connect so took a taxi arriving well after 2 for his commentary spot, suggesting other town fans may have missed the game or arrived very late.

I caught the online stream and I thought we were the better side throughout. We should not have been 1 goal down at HT, perhaps 0-0 should have been worst case. Wells should've scored but made up for it the 2nd half!

I was slightly worried about the team selection at the start of the game for some reason, although it did appear on paper to be stronger defensively. Think Powell was expecting more from Ipswich today and he deserves credit for changing it around in the 2nd half. We were much more positive when Bunns and Scannell came on. I cant believe how well these 2 are playing right now and it does feel like having 2 new signings!

Unbeaten in 6 now, which bodes well. However, we have 4 incredibly difficult games coming up so let's see where we are after those! Realistically, can we hope to gain more than 6 out 12 points in those games? That seems like an achievement to me and should keep us above the drop zone!

A point is the very least we deserved yesterday, we were the better team throughout and it was hard to understand how we were 2-0 down on the hour mark.

Butterfield made the FL Paper team of the day. Good article on Chris Powell in the centre pages too comparing what he had to put up with at Charlton v what he has to put up with when he has a chat with Deano.

Interestingly, even though he's been coaching for a while now, he only got his full FIFA badge this Summer.
