2016/17 (Jan 30 Update) WBA January Transfer Window
It's very hard to believe that this is it. I can only think that with the ownership still not being fully ratified has affected the clubs ability to spend freely.

It might be with Slimani deal completing and maybe some others that there might be a last minute deal/loan - It gives the youth a big chance to shine this season.............

I am told West Bom don't expect to sign anyone else tonight. Hal-Robson Kanu is having a medical and they hope to conform his signing later in the week - he's a free agent. It will be a long winter if that is all they come up with and will be a massive disappointment, I am not sure how they will get by staying the Premier League with just Salomon Rondon and Saido Berahino up front

Tony Pulis will be spitting feathers. He has said for a long time this is an ageing squad and they lack pace. He expected a major influx of players and he is not getting them.

Interesting .........if TP is that pigged off, will he walk, as he did at Palace?

Only teams who want to play a boring game! Not at all like the WBA we used to know, and though they pin pinged up and down, still played exciting football.

Who's gonna want to manage us when Pulis walks?

What has been our overall spend .....5m Phillips, 13m Chandli, 3-4m hyom one free one loan ..... total 21-22m
At least 10m Chester, can't remember the rest but makes us about 10-12m spend.

Please correct me if I have missed anyone.

We are in TROUBLE.

If i didn't love the Albion so much I'd f**king walk tonight, can't believe the money not there if all the rumoured bids and interest was there, Slimani, Carvalho, Camacho and Sissoko in the last 24 hours and we end up with a reserve from a bottom half team and a free agent from a championship club. GOOD GRIEF !!!!

I am not a Pulis fan but, like us, he has been well and truly let down by his management and I would not blame him for walking.

Maybe Camacho just said FU, I agree a deal with you then you say "We are going to try and get someone else first and if we can't get them we'll come back and make do with you".  I'd probably say FU as well   Angry Angry Angry

Understand Pulis had a change of heart over Camacho. £15m deal had been agreed #wba

I cannot believe that we have activated the release clause, haggled around because we didn't actually want to pay the fee and then hours before the window shuts we've said "no, we don't want you afterall".

What a ******* waste of time.
