Not bust a gut excited at our business so far ..... no big name striker, no marquee midfield signing, Nacer in on Monday but still feel we are a bit old .... hope I am wrong ...sulko still here ... Will he knuckle down, get his career back on track and realise what a good thing he has in West Bromwich.

Word is on TV, that no further players coming in, not attracting players, though maybe a free loan . So is Gamacho coming or not? Bloody news rubbish.

Did not think they would have to rush for Robson Kanu. I thought free agents got a few days more?

A pretty weird window without the usual 'tightwad JP' comments.

Wonder who's fault it is this year?

I am told West Bom don't expect to sign anyone else tonight. Hal-Robson Kanu is having a medical and they hope to conform his signing later in the week - he's a free agent. It will be a long winter if that is all they come up with and will be a massive disappointment, I am not sure how they will get by staying the Premier League with just Salomon Rondon and Saido Berahino up front

Tony Pulis will be spitting feathers. He has said for a long time this is an ageing squad and they lack pace. He expected a major influx of players and he is not getting them.

We dont know what goes on behind the scenes but there must be some truth in some of the bids made.pulis to walk very soon

Perhaps we shouldn't pre-empt 11.00 but, after all the talk and speculation of the last few days, if the sum total of today's endeavours is a full back who can't get into Watford's starting XI and a free agent who has never done anything of note in league football but scored one good goal in the summer and who then had precisely no-one rushing to sign him, then we have been even more pitiful than ever. This club has money but, with the exception of signing Chadli, has done nothing. If the Albion wanted to increase the current dissatisfaction being felt among supporters, then they have achieved one positive outcome in this transfer window. Great stuff lads!

It seems that the old hang on lets think about late approach, is again the answer. Why was Nyom released?
