Every year we wring our hands at the club's close season transfer dealings, say that they are hopeless and couldn't get any worse.....and then the next close they are! It's quite unbelievable; we are three days away from the start of a new season and we have one signing. We are allegedly in discussions to sign other players whom their clubs clearly don't want to sell, meaning that we will end up panic buying at the transfer deadline players such as Enner Valencia, Emmanuel Rivière and Peter Crouch, none of whom will improve the team one jot. How can we get it so f**kin' wrong year after year? Right now, there is no indication that we are attempting to sign some creativity into our midfield, instead we are faffing around looking at a list of defenders and either sub standard strikers or ones who clearly don't want to join us. I have to agree with World Class Albion in that Pulis must be the most unattractive manager to play for, and I'm not talking about his looks. He has a prehistoric view of football, one that is based upon the principle of "as long as you don't lose, nothing else matters". Only problem is that we do lose and when we concede are incapable of retrieving a result. At some point Pulis' record of never being relegated will come to an end and, at that point, his only selling point disappears. Some selling point.

I`ve given up hope. TP will keep his never been relegated tag because he will walk before it happens. Trouble is it will be WBA being relegated. Gouchan Lai (Sp) take note. DD

I have said this many times now but Whilst TP is in charge of our club we are only going to attract the lower league players and older players looking for their last contract and who are desperate.

No one wants to come to West Bromwich Albion now because of the stigma of Tony Pulis and the way he deems football should be played.

players read the papers, hear the rumours and are not as stupid as a lot of us think they are. They see the likes of Chester not being able to get into a rubbish team even though he is our most expensive defender in the clubs history and who had a fantastic Euro's.

Pulis is that stubborn you would think he would be saying to himself   'I have misjudged this kids talent'.......but NO, he is that stubborn and stupid he is going to sell him FFS.

We spend a month trying to sign Sakho who I said at the time did not want to come to the Albion and a few of you on here scoffed at my comments.......Not scoffing now are you? He didn't fail a fitness test for god sake, he did not want to come because of our rubbish reputation for not playing football. McManaman ....yes he dives around but he is exciting and can turn defenders inside out.......what did he cost, £6m and where has he been when not injured?? In the stands with Chester who cost £8m.

Gamboa had a fantastic world cup and I reckon could be used on the right wing, Pocognoli who is a Belgian international whom I think is a decent player.....where are they.......Oh Yeah in the stands with Chester and McManaman.

Anyone with pace or who can beat a player is not getting a look in. In our friendlies he has continued to play DAWSON, EVANS, GMAC and OLSSON across the back and we lose to non league Torquay.

He plays our best CB Evans at LB.

One signing so far, a decent player in MATTY PHILLIPS. He will probably start on the bench.

I thought our new owner would do what Wolves have done and get rid of this absolutely crap manager but maybe that will come because although my missus renewed my season ticket because I wasn't going to, I will not be going up until this COMPLETE CRETIN has been sacked.

We kick off in just over 48 hours and our side is weaker than last season, I'm worried/concerned and quite frankly feel depressed at the thought of going up the shrine other than a catch up with a few and a pie and a pint.
Bournemouth are spending £15m on Jordan Ibe, irrespective of how good he is! Bournemouth paying £15m for a player!!!!!
FFS Albion step up or drop into the championship where there is a fair chance we'll be next season.
