Now, without using Google, I guess that team is named after the battery that fired on Fort Sumter in 1861, thereby precipitating the American Civil War.

A rare sight here, Rangers were totally outplayed. Burnley denied space and time in all areas of the pitch, consequently Rangers' normal pattern of flowing play and interpassing could not operate, so fair play to Burnley for their tactics.
This has been a useful exercise, defeats like this expose shortcomings, which can then be addressed.

krancjar doesn't look anywhere near fit,the centre backs are still very poor and barring mckay rangers looked surprisingly slow at times.

On the up side some of the forward play was very good and barton is going to stroll it if he stays focussed.
