Come on lads, you're doing well and all that, but how about putting some new threads up in celebration. Or will this one last right through to the end of the season?
Cabbage is still good for you

I think they are hoping the title of this thread will be relevant right through the season!! Another good three points today even if the performance was not the best, these are the results that you will need to grind out if you are to get promotion!!

Fred, did you honestly expect this start to be so good?? Not sure many people had you in this position early on with all the uncertainty surrounding the team all summer!! You think you will stay there??

No but I also knew Rangers are shite and to have crap like ten points leads thrown around was a nonsense,do I think we'll stay there? I think there's a decent chance of that to be honest we're battering teams at home and playing with great confidence injury free and suspension free we've given ourselves a chance with the start

SCO, what uncertainty surrounding the team all summer? Since late Spring, when the club exited Administration, the management team have meticulously gone about their business in building a team to get out of the Championship at the first time of asking and look bang on course in achieving that. Did I expect us to be in this position as of today?- yes is the answer.

Even though you officially came out of admin towards the back end of last season there was still a rebuilding process to go through to be ready for this season. Seems it has gone very well so far and I really hope you can keep it going!! Personally I would like to see Hibs and Rangers up there as well, but I can imagine you are a little less charitable towards them than me!!!

Agreed, less charitable is what i will,be. Why would I want what should be our potential challengers for the league to be performing well and getting good results. Hibs draw at home, yet again losing ground and the mighty RIFC request a cancellation due to players away on International duties- wtf is that all about? What International players would they be? Bad move by McCoist in my opinion. Just think that Hearts have gone about the process of trying to get back to the Premiership in the correct manner, by combining right good young players, who have matured in the past years, with a couple of quality pros and a few unknown foreign players. Seems to be working ok as opposed to Rangers tactics which appear to be- let's sign seasoned pros and ex-players and we will buy our way out of another league, which is evidently, not working. As many may have said, Boyd will, score for fun in this League- well, 25 per cent through the fixtures and he has scored zilch. Enough said.

We are the great implodes tin tin and I've been there enough to know I'll never take anything for granted but there is a real belief with these players and we have given ourselves a great chance all we can do us keep winning and who cares what happens around about us

Fred,
You have to stay positive about your chances of staying at the top and prioritise your targets. Your No 1 priority is your results against the teams nearest you in the league but knowing a few of your supporters they will see a result against us (Hibs) as the most important one.
The bigger picture is winning the league and I wish you all the best because the SPL needs one or both of us in it.
