It must be said some parts of the book are also a bit long-winded but they added little nuances to the back stories that don't really come across that well on the box. It may be that I'm just still watching because I really want to find out who comes out on top in the end!
Forgot to mention my current fave telly program in my list above, Peaky Blinders. Top draw.

I think he'll be dead before he's finished writing the books.

Don't say that. I'll be gutted. I'll end up going to MY grave wondering how it all played out!

Maddix,in my last job I got so pissed off with it I couldn't be arsed if I did it right or fucked it up.I used to sign my delivery sheets with just scrawl, one manageress said she couldn't read it.I thought stupid cow you know it's mine then, she was always sending them back for me to re-sign.That sort of proves she knew whose signature it was.I left in the end,too many xxxx idiots in charge who had never done the job.
That's the trouble today, too many tossers in charge.
Nothing changes,again.

Now that we've got a long boring summer (well, not boring in pei) ahead of us we might as well all get behind those surging blue jays. Just won 7 of their last 8 games and swept the Yankees. Go Blue Jays!!!

In Sheffield this week... makes me proud to have spent my youth in Woodseats

Not only could I not bring my American spouse back as British National myself, I wasn't even allowed to claim Carers Allowance to take care of my mother with Parkinson's disease. All the while they try declare her fit for work and stop her disability benefit?
I think the most insulting way to compound it all was having the PC brigade tell me I'm the one with the 'Problem' People who know and knew nothing about my circumstances nor my case. Somehow always seemed to know that I was the one making 'assumptions'. The PC brigade are more in the know about my personal facts than I am apparently such as whom I've spoken to, written to, replied to, voice chatted to. All the way down to my tribunal in London I took it ....
You can't even begin to measure that kind of ignorance and hypocrisy.
I think most importantly, we aren't part of any cultish religions so that's where I went wrong.
What a wonderful utopian Disney-xxxx land some people must be living in.
