Exclamation
From a Geordie posting on westbrom.com .......

"I have to say mate, Make no bones, we are s**t and likely to go down, but you made us look good! Have to say in my time going over the last 18 years, i have seen some rubbish from us and some rubbish opposition but today West Brom were in the worst 5 performances i have ever seen from a team at St James (and that includes us) Talking to a couple of your fans after, cracking blokes but they looked like they had the life sucked out of them and i got the impression today wasn't a one off, one of the only times i have ever felt sorry for an opposition fan today, but watching you lot was a new experience, it was painful.

So now we are being ridiculed all over forums across the country.
This is becoming so painful, I'm even avoiding the Dingle fans around Hednesford where I live............
Erm excuse me why the f**K should I be doing that?
Because tonight guys, I'm ashamed, dare I say the worst I have felt since the Bobby Gould era....
For those of you too young to remember the coffin at Shrewsbury Town, you don't want to know Doh
Lets just say I hope we don't see it get any worse or you just might find out.
Cheers,

It is frustrating beefy and l think many fans can sympathise with us. Yes we are fortunate and yes we are in the premier league where others would love to be, but sometimes it's just not enough when you're not seeing the desire and performances from your team. We are not going out to each game to win, were simply setting up not to lose and it is not fair anymore especially for the fans who travel miles and miles each week and pay good money. You pay money to be entertained and to see your team try to win, which nobody can deny that does not happen up here! I mean to travel to Newcastle and not see one single shot on target it's destroying and the fans who went must feel pig sick, especially when they work hard all week to pay good money to support their team. I know I shouldn't let it get to me but these pundits are even starting to criticise us and we are slowly becoming a more hated team, and I know pundits are nobs and annoying but WBA used to be loved by everyone for being such a nice good club, a humble one. But now it's like we are the new Stoke and people hate us and we're seemed like a rugby team and it isn't nice. Somewhere along the line something has got to change, I don't know what but it has to. Sad

Beefy I think you feel like that because today we could have been from Bobby Gould era, IMO it really was that bad.

Forecast: Big storms ahead without any let up in sight

And we will be ridiculed across the land until we remove the footballing anti-Christ and all traces of his vile tactics from our beloved club.

I sure do remember the coffin at Shrewbury ! I was the one in the pink panther outfit. Bad times to be an Albion fan those days but strangely I had a lot of good memories from away games.
When the going gets tough, we baggies get behind the team.Keep the faith.
C O Y B ! Never mind the sodding villa they are down and we WILL stop up by hook or crook (but most likely dour defensive football )

Well said Squirrel.

The day is always darkest just before the dawn. We will have enough to stay up this season, yet this run recently is a blessing in disguise to highlight to JP that TP isn't the man for the job next season.

We've seen this football club produce some amazing moments for us in recent years and we'll have those times again soon.

Keep the faith. COYB!
