£4m seems to be the figure being widely reported. You can see why clubs didn't bite at the £15m valuation from QPR if he hadn't got long left to run on his contract.

He's gone for £4m but has not played since December due to injury. If he can get fit again then it is a cracking buy and one I would have thought would attract us.
