only my opinion but ...... I for one would not want a villa fan playing for us ..... I can not even play as vile or wo1ve5 on video games unless I want to lose on purpose. Professionals maybe different but ..... could you imagine gabby giving 110% against vile at the shrine or in the cup ..... I know players support teams but your fiercest rivals ....... come on.

Come on you baggies

Was Lescott not a Villa fan?

Opinions is what its all about Thumb up

Personally I don't like the idea. But if the Club and the player are both happy about it - then I will support him and cheer his goals.

Given our recent failure to find gems that can score i.e. Ideye and Rondon - someone who is a seasoned Premier League goal scorer is a good move. So long as he does not grow a beard and slow down to a donkey pace like a certain rject from Liverpool!

Tidy, that is true, we managed one good year out of him before shipping him off for a tidy profit, still not a massive fan of the idea, lescott had been elsewhere including the custard bowl .... I don't think he had played for villa before joining us ...... not sure he still has.... talk about good players morphing into donkeys. Would rather keep Saido if his head was sorted..... or young Nabi once we have reached safety ..... break him for next year, bring thorough some of the promise of the academy ........

Speaking of the lad Roofe, he has scored twice as oxford lead Swansea 3 - 2 in the 90th minute, just finished, first cup upset.

I've posted elsewhere, ridulous decision to move Roofe on.

Who's idea was that?

We need to be speaking to Oxford and Kemar to tell them it was a mistake. ASAP!

Afobe - from Wolves to Bournemouth. Had not really thought of him as a solution to our goal scoring needs - comments?

Wilfred Bony £20m! West Ham potentially interested alongside Swansea - big money for us - but would JP open the purse now for a good player even if we have to wait unto; the summer for the big TV Money to pour in?

Cannot see JP spending anything unless we sell first. We are not going to bring much money in apart from any funds from selling Saido. We will not get more than £15M for him now.

We certainly need somebody to put the ball in the net because Lambert will not do it - ever hopeful on Rondon!!!

Bony? Are we linked with him?
Seems doubtful/impossible to me - wages moreso than fee  Confused
