West Brom - 13th

Stat attack: West Brom have netted just 18 goals in their 19 matches so far, making them the third lowest scorers in the Premier League. That's largely because they haven't managed many shots. Their tally of 117 total shots is the second lowest in the top-flight.

Lawro: "Saido Berahino and West Brom seems to be over as a relationship - Tony Pulis said everything by saying nothing the other day about the player and the England Under-21 international seems to have made up his mind to go.

"If Pulis gets £20m for him that will be an absolute bonus for him - he won't move until that deal and the funds are secure. He likes to add at every opportunity because it increasing the intensity of competition around the squad.

"Perhaps they will looks for an attacking midfield player - perhaps Spurs out-of-favour winger Andros Townsend - who can play left or right is a possibility."

It's quite cute really as someone has created an @skysportsnewsQH (not HQ) twitter account is is posting some corkers!

A Wednesday poster on a forum called Owlstalk has been starting rumors for fun using a Twitter account he created call Sky Bet Transfers or something similar. Tweeted today that we were talking to Legia Warsaw's top rated striker and within an hour it was all over Twitter in Poland with Legia fans going mental at losing their star player!!  Just proves if you want to you can start a rumour about anything on Twitter and people believe it!!

Trick sensation non league player on trial at West Brom. Sounds crazy but then Reading, QPR and others are very interested in him and we have examples of Vardy etc turning up so maybe not stupid. Look at the link in my header as there is a video on him

If he knows what's good for him, TP had better not try and supersize his Happy Meal.

West Brom are keen to sign forward Gabriel Agbonlahor, 29, from local rivals Aston Villa before the end of January. (Sun)

Reports say just 1.5m.
Yeh, I know, I know; personally I've always rated him highly - he's destroyed better defences than ours many times over the years.
At that price IMO it'd be a steal and he could be a brilliant buy ......but would he be up to a move to us - and how would he be received?

I have to admit I am amazed by this report. Yes Gabby has been a very good striker and I believe still has what it takes BUT to come to the Albion he will have to have massive Kahuna's as he will be slaughtered by the Vile fans.

I think we would accept him but

1) Would Vile sell him to us??
2) Would he come to us?? Would our fans give him a chance ( I hope we would)
3) not forgetting that horrible song we sang to him re his mother on every occasion we played them. I honestly never sang it.

If it's 1.5 million then a Bargain despite all the history.
