Got my Villa tickets....

I don’t like Sky. I won’t watch, listen or read anything to do with them. I believe
they are responsible for almost everything bad that has happened in UK sport
in the last 20 odd years. So when I see Leeds standing against them, even
if it was for a moment, I am delighted to see it. Oh, by the way, Leeds were so
good in the late 60’s it was difficult to see them losing a game…all season. Respect.
All this stuff about Villa. I don’t measure how good The Albion is by comparing
them to Villa. I compare The Albion to their traditional foes…Man Utd, Chelsea, Spurs
et al. If we think teams like Swansea, Watford and Norwich are our true
comparators then we really are doomed. As for Pulis…he is just the latest one
out of the box. It’s the team that matters not whoever occupies the technical
area. Happy New Year.

With all due respect this makes you sound as arrogant as the Villa fans who think they deserve to be a top team or the L**ds fans who consistently claim their biggest rivals are Man Utd!!!!  What does "traditional" foes actually mean anyway??  My team have won the title more often than yours and we won a trophy in the 1990s, does that mean we should look down on you like you seem to be looking down on Swansea, Watford and Norwich??  We can all go back to a time in the past when our teams did better (or worse) than we are currently doing, but that is not a measure of anything for your team today.  Your rivals today are the other 19 PL teams that you have to play home and away this season. You may think your team is bigger than another but you cannot dismiss them as they are there on merit just as much as WBA are!!
