Celtic fans looking to corroborate their own claims against Rangers, you mean.

The more that Rangers are treated unfairly by fellow football fans like you, the less right those fans (and you) have to claim unfairness against them when it does happen. Your moral high-ground is built on sand.

Sorry, I must have missed you (and any of your fellow Hearts fans) campaigning to get Hearts to hand back those trophies. Silly me. Doh

As fir handing back titles etc there's a case for yes and no,yes the clubs owners brought in better players without the money and therefore cheated in that respect, however the players didn't cheat and deserve there medals

The balance sheet debt was being paid down, reducing by about £1m a year, even while we retained some high earners. Murray was forced to sell the company in the context of reducing the debts of the Murray group, not because Rangers wasn't sustainable as an entity. When Whyte came in he immediately increased our cash outflows with player salary increases, payoffs and higher financing expenses, as well as racking up penalties for non payment of NI. That's why we went into admin.

Wrong!!! Lotsa fans did indeed opine that Hearts should be forced to hand back trophies in a similar fashion /

Lots of Hibs fans, yes. I don't recall many Dundee Utd , Aberdeen or Motherwell fans going tonto about it. Yet when Rangers are involved the whole of Scottish football is queueing up to have a go. Again!

Interesting to see that top tax experts (no, not twisted football fans on a forum) are coming out of the woodwork to state that the appeal decision was fundamentally wrong and should be appealed immediately. Looks like Carloway and his mob have made a complete arse of the decision-making process by making it a 'common sense' ruling and not referring to any of the previous evidence or rulings. Any competent lawyer would be able to rip the utter pish out of it all.

That's a relief, murray or BDO can hire one of them, take it to the supreme court and get it overturned no bother.

On the other hand it was "a tax expert's" advice that got you into this shite in the first place.

No no, we went into admin in 2012 because we paid too much money to Gavin Rae and Marvin Andrews in 2004. Huh

The fact is the club could not pay the debt it had and Whyte put them in liquidation that is a xxxx fact, regardless of what Murray was doing before he sold it,if it had the means to pay those debts we wouldn't be having this discussion

They'll have no need to 'hire one of them'. Any competent lawyer would be able to pish right through that tissue of a ruling. Even one that currently works for them.

Maybe all the haters should let justice complete it's journey - it's already been proved that Whyte committed fraud to "buy" Murray's majority share in Rangers Plc via lies to Ticketus. Let's see what other criminality may have been involved via the evidence of the upcoming trial.

Regardless, it's the HMRC duty to recover the maximum amount of money for the tax payer, if they recover less than 10 million from BDO gathered funds they'll have failed in that duty - Murray offered them that much years ago.

I think we'll all see that the "purchase", admin and further "purchase" in the Rangers debacle was one continuous criminal conspiracy. Demanding further punishment from a potential victim of crime seems a tad vulgar.
