Skysports - Mark Warburton backs Rangers and Celtic move in the future

This won't happen in my lifetime!!  The premier league does not need either of the Glasgow sides and when you consider that the Premier League is run by the clubs that are in it, why would they ever vote to allow entry to two teams who theoretically could challenge with the increased revenues they would get and instantly relegate two of its own members!!

Of course the biggest stumbling block would still probably be the national sides and the who Great Britain international team conversation.  A move like this would see other European countries pushing for the Home Countries to compete as one team rather than the 4 they currently have.  Again, the individual FAs are not going to allow that to happen.

It's the old mantra say it often enough and it will happen. Never in my lifetime and only if its a British league.

I couldn't care. I think we have proven that we will support the club whatever league they play in.

Nuff said.

Sky had no interest in the old firm playing down south when they actually had good teams, why would they now when they don't?

Van Hooijdonkey's just come out and said that they'd win the Champions League if they were in the EPL, because they'd have more money.

There is no chance in my lifetime... so, maybe in a couple of years then. lol ... Not sure I would want it anyways; we are a Scottish team and I would like that to remain, but I am sure it will happen down the line, if and when the PL bubble bursts, or at least starts to leak a little.
