BBC (in their new guise of official media outlet for Rangers FC) et al reporting that Green has returned to Scotland to be charged with criminal activity during his tenure.

Think the Been are jumping the gun there. He'll be questioned. Doubt any official source would say he'll be charged with anything. Yet.
