Maybe losing to Worksop will finally see them actually sign a new player this summer!!!! For all the stick they dished out about us only getting a 1-1 draw at Alfreton you can bet they change their tune to "its just a fitness and training exercise anyway" for themselves!!

The Star has posted as seen on NewsNow that Barry should be signing tomorrow.
All we need now is a LB (Pinto?) and a couple of decent forwards plus any brazilians or whatever the special one might want to send on season long loans.

Looks like we have a midfield now, no reason to play defenders or strikers as wingers now!
I'm sure SG will get a chance to manage again. Shrewsbury would be more his level!

Got to like this new regime.
Really pushing for a bumper first home game crowd - everyone attending gets entered in a draw for a new beemer with DC doing the drawing at HT.
A 5-0 win would be nice too !!

Nothing great will ever be achieved without great men, and men are great only if they are determined to be so. For glory gives herself only to those who have always dreamed of her.

Nicky Mellon is doing a great job at Shrewsbury and is a far better manager than SG.
