Hibs FC - Formal statement to all Hibs fans????

It must have taken about 2 mins for Hibs CE, Ben Kensell, to cobble together that totally unimpressive formal statement in support of David Gray. I'm absolutely stumped by this response and I'm sure there are 1000s of Hibs fans who are similarly bemused by it. We had an opportunity to reset during the "international break" - all gone!! I fear the threat of relegation looming ever closer and am gradually becoming more n more frustrated and disenfranchised from Hibs and the people who are supposedly running our football club with our best interests at heart.

As far as I'm concerned, the Hibs statement is meaningless drivel, much the same as SDG's regular match summaries.

That statement is just preposterous. Proper hands on ears la-la-la stuff.

Capped off by a huge ad for half price season tickets plastered over the statement. Talk about reading the room Laugh .

They haven't a scooby what to do so are just gonna sit on their hands. We are still an absolute mess on and off the park and unless someone gets a grip soon we are heading for disaster. Worrying times ahead....

Just getting a free pass because he's a club legend, he should be gone, are so called easy fixtures are fast running out, by January we'll probably still be bottom and getting a host of panic loans from the Black Knights.

I also recall so many Hibs fans tut-tutting (and certain fans saying "give it time"?????) re the rightful criticism uttered at the beginning of the season when Kelty Hearts beat Hibs in their League Cup tie in Kelty. The early debate was intense and the warnings were absolutely correct with many of them coming from savvy Hibs fans who know what a decent, well-managed Hibs 1st team actually looks like. The frailties were self-evident in July!!!! I take no pleasure in saying that Hibs response was not what I'd expect from a proactive, listening footie club that "sold" a new strategy at the last AGM to progress positively in a new, formally approved collaboration - that passive response marries up to this formal statement. Lastly, I must say it appears to me that David Gray is literally "on his last orders" anyway - based on the end comments from HFC and the BK Group. IMO dithering prevails (what are they waiting for????) and agreed Gray should be gone now and quickly initiate a "reset" during the international break - they should've been prepared for that!!! A case of somebody please show some leadership and footie nous!!!
