It's the old "it can't/won't happen to us, we're too educated and civilised to let history repeat itself" syndrome SS Laugh

Aye, the enlightened ones that burn books and art because they don't like it, such as the duing renaissance 15th century.
We had a nice little bonfire of vanities then.

Our religious friends have regularly destroyed cultural and historical artifacts they deem 'offensive' The Buddhas of Bamayin spring to mind.

History rinses and repeats because the cycle works. The average person really is akin to livestock and probably equal in intelligence.
The pomposity of the waffling upper classes and their grand posturing has shown to be worthless time and again throughout history.

I just sounded Scottish the way you said lol.

Other news labor pensioners to die this winter ..have it you f@ckers who voted for them I hope it's a cold and painful final couple of months !!! It's bad how politics has become so extreme these last 30 years but I can't have Mohammed running around my country anymore and the cancers root are labor voters so they have to go first !!!

Strangely enough, there's a few folk from Yorkshire hiding up here. The Highlands are filling up with English, they're bypassing the lowlands entirely as they flee England Laugh

A couple from crystal peaks own the property behind us and rent it as holiday home.
Down the road in a little village called Tongue there's another family from Sheffield too.

“The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum — even encourage the more critical and dissident views. That gives people the sense that there's free thinking going on, while all the time the presuppositions of the system are being reinforced by the limits put on the range of the debate.”

—Noam Chomsky

Also, pensioner robbing Rachel Reeves who as an MP earns 91k per year has claimed over 4k in expenses to heat her second home.
The Chancellor and other Mp's have totalled £400k in the past few years with some even claiming more than the average household spends..

Somehow, magically. Sir Stalin has convinced reasonable thinking people that the elderly and the 'far right' ( basically native whites who vocally dissent) are the problem..

I keep saying it, there is NO left wing. It's been eviscerated and these disgusting hateful blue hairs are not the voice of reason.
Academia is in tatters just spitting out these semi-intellectuals who are nothing more than state grown lab wasps, created to hunt down and attack anything with white man pheromones.

Spy holes in the wool they try to cover my eyes with. Laugh

I saw in the small print the other day that Sir Maggie Starmer and Rachel Thieves had quietly put to bed Lie-bores pledge to repeal the 2 child benefit cap Cool They've spent the last ten years vilifying the Tories for introducing it but hey ho Doh

PS I do agree with the cap though Thumb up stops the baby machines Cool
